Schluter KERDI KERS Stepped Shower Corner Waterproofing Seals are seam sealed pre-fabricated sealing corner pieces for waterproofing the stepped corner sections of Schluter KERDI SHOWER LT/LTS Linear Tray installations. They offer a neat corner waterproofing solution for the awkward stepped corner sections where the slope of the shower tray falls below the surface level of the adjacent floor.
They are available in both left and right sided configurations, in either 20mm or 28mm step heights. The Schluter KERDI KERS 20mm corner pieces are for use with showers with side lengths of 800 – 1100mm, and the 28mm corner pieces are for use with showers with side lengths of 1100 – 1500mm.
Schluter KERDI KERS Stepped Shower Corner Waterproofing Seals are recommended when waterproofing areas using Schluter KERDI 200 Membrane. These corners are made from the same material – a waterproof soft polyethylene membrane which has been covered on both sides with a special fleece webbing to anchor the membrane in suitable tile adhesive. We recommend using Schluter KERDI COLL L Adhesive when installing these corner pieces.
